Peyton was itching to move on to some of our leaf activities, so today we worked on "F" for fall and feather. I got a bunch of great dot printables for fall with leaf themes.

We also got a fun package of feathers from my dad so we made some birds with them. Peyton said they're peacocks. He spend hours walking around with the feathers marveling over their textures and colors. We still have some left for Thanksgiving activities in a few weeks as well.

This is a classic I think everyone has done at some point in time, but Peyton asked if we could come up with a kitchen experiment and I had some celery in the fridge, so we put them in water with food coloring and watched the leaves change color.
